1. General Provisions

Account Registration and Age Restriction

2.1 Account Registration

If a player is found to be under 21, funds in that account will not be released and the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

2.3 Account Security

Players must keep their password confidential and must not share it with any third party. mmr38 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access. If you notice that your account has been accessed by someone else or your credentials have been compromised, contact mmr38 customer support immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Payment methods accepted for deposits at mmr38 are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks.

  • After a deposit, your account will be credited with the deposited amount and any applicable bonus almost immediately.
  • The account used for deposits must be a payment method registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
  • If a deposit fails, you can contact customer support with the relevant screenshot.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

  • It is our policy that withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Players may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before withdrawing. If verification cannot be completed, the withdrawal may be put on hold.
  • Winnings from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement stated in the bonus has been met.

3.3 Financial Fraud

If betting patterns are detected that suggest money laundering or misuse of the platform, mmr38 has the right to investigate, suspend or close the relevant account.

Welcome Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

mmr38's welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

Wagering Requirement: To reach a withdrawable balance, you must wager the bonus amount × 25.

Example 1 — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks.

Example 2 — If you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks only, giving a balance of 320,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

  • Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only.
  • If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active, the bonus amount will be forfeited and only the remaining balance will be paid out.
  • Although bonuses cannot be completed through certain game types, mmr38 reserves the right to exclude those games from wagering calculations.

4.3 VIP Program

mmr38's VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier earns a weekly cashback of up to —

  • Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
  • Silver — up to 0.7% cashback per week
  • Gold — up to 1.0% cashback per week

To move up a VIP tier, players are promoted based on their play volume and frequency. Cashback is awarded as a bonus and may have associated wagering requirements.

Player Responsibilities and Restrictions

5.1 Player Responsibilities

Every player on the platform must fulfil the following responsibilities —

  • You are responsible for ensuring your personal information is accurate.
  • You are responsible for your own decisions when playing, and you may not hold mmr38 liable for any losses.
  • You must read and understand the responsible gambling policies and keep your play under control.
  • Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit the platform in any way that gains an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

If any of the following conduct is found, mmr38 has the right to immediately suspend the player's account and withhold any funds —

  • Colluding with another person or a group to use predetermined outcomes in order to claim monetary bonuses
  • Attempting to access the mmr38 platform using viruses, malware, or automation tools
  • mmr38 reserves the right to impose betting limits on players identified as advantage players (positive-EV)

5.3 Losses and Liability

Players acknowledge and agree that there is always a risk of losing money when playing on mmr38, and that mmr38 makes no guarantee of any outcome in its games.

6.1 Service Availability

mmr38 provides services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; however, service disruptions may occur during scheduled technical maintenance, which will be announced in advance.
